Mountain Mike's

First time trying them, pizza is okay but for almost $30 a pizza I think I'll go somewhere that doesn't burn their pizza.

Each time we've gone in the staff is friendly, service is quick & the 🍕 is yummy delicious!

Terrible service. Took them an hour and fifteen minutes to complete my online order. Waited at the store for 45 minutes. Didn't even apologize for the wait. Too busy playing around in the kitchen.

SLOWEST delivery. Faster to order from peabody store even if you live across the street from this one.

Orders take forever. Waited 1 hr for my pizza. On my first trip to this plac they didn’t do my garlic sticks so they apologized and gave me a medium for the price of a small order. But the wait was long and a month later I went back and it took 1 he for my order. It’s ridiculous the wait was so long.

Horrible pizza horrible service it took 2 hrs to get a pizza and wings when they said 45 mins... called back they said oh a little longer waited 15 mins called again it should be there shortly.. pizza showed up 2 hrs later Ice cold and wings were slimey and cold. Called to let them know and the wouldn’t give me a refund or even a free pizza next time. $50 on ice cold garbage!!! I will not give them my money ever again!!!! The manager is very rude!!! I would give them no stars but it wouldn’t let me post without one!!

I absolutely love the pizza here, especially the pepperoni!

Gave them a try since the one on Alamo has gone down hill, came in waited a couple minutes heard a hello from the back, Waited 8 more minutes and left no one ever came to the counter. The place was Dirty and empty.

Walked in tonight at 9pm, the guy said his oven was turned off. I asked, "Well are you closed" he said "Yes we closed at 9pm. I'm just waiting for a telephone order pick up. I could turn the oven back on but sometimes it doesn't turn back on." So I walked out and then I am scrolling thru Google to find other open restaurants "open now" and Mountain Mike's is on the list because it doesn't close until 10pm!!!!! I planned on spending at least $50. Imagine how many ppl this guy has turned away! Imagine how much money the restaurant has potentially lost because of things like this! Wow.

Ordered pizza to be delivered. Accurate wait time was given. Food arrived hot and pizza was perfectly prepared. Toppings were plentiful and cheese was fresh and plentiful as well. Worth the wait for delivery and price

Didn't even get to try the food!! Some Spanish lady couldn't get my order right. I had to wait over an hour. Then they gave me my pizza and it had sausage and I specifically told them NO sausages!! Lady said I should've told them that before. They made me one and it took a looong time that I didn't get to eat it. I just left. Without paying for it

The staff is always really nice. Pizza is perfect they have never gotten an order wrong for me and when I've ordered delivery they are always right on time.

Skimpy on the pepperoni, ordered online waited 30 min then drove there,. Walk up to counter waited another 5 min listening to them talk and overhear them say "I didn't even see that order till now."(of course it was my order)So I ask are you just starting my order he says we are very busy today. As if he didn't see the order. Lol Oh as I watch the lady making my pizza she has no hairnet and she has a cloth wrist palm brace on that definitely did not look clean. So to help them with there business I thought I'd post and maybe it will be slower so they can catch up with the overwhelming amount of orders. This kind of business just takes away from your community and does not give back. On the other hand Wah Sing Chinese food next door is amazing and the people are first class.

Pizza always good. I personal think it's the best pizza. Always order the chicken club. Cant go wrong with chicken and bacon. If you like is spicy add jalapeno. Very good pizza

Mountain Mikes have very good pizza. I ordered my pizza on line I didn't have to call the restaurant to order my pizza. I find its more easier to go to there Web site and order your pizza. The pizza was done right and the order came at the time it said it would come. And it was good and the pizza filled up the whole family. We couldn't even finish the whole pizza.

Salad bar really small. Only 1 choice of pizza at buffet.

Love there pizza

When you come in for a lunch buffet, there will either be no pizza out or 1 old pizza laying around. This is the usual at this place. I came in once with 3 people and she said she will make pizza for the buffet. Pizza comes out, it's a small pepperoni on 3 people and all of a sudden more people start showing up and there is no food! No variety! I've watched people come in and leave while she's trying to get them to stay and wait for her to make a pizza and they just say no thanks and walk out. Don't you understand? That spending the extra time and not being stingy on the ingredients you get in bulk to make more pizza will pay off. Instead you ruin your reputation in the area and people avoid your restaurant.

Tried to place an order using the app. After entering all info including cc info, the order would not complete. Called the shop on Elmira and was greeted by a rude person who answered the phone, who, when I mentioned that the app wasn’t working, responded with, “Yeah, I don’t have any control over the app.” I said, “Right, I was just letting you know that it’s not working.” He said, “well I’ve never even used the app to be honest, do you want to place an order or not?” So the answer is obviously, not. For future reference, the appropriate answer from him would have included any of the following. “Oh, I’m sorry to hear that. I’ll pass on the message, I’d be happy to take your order.” Or, “Sorry for the trouble, we’ve had some complaints. How can I help you?” Or, “Sorry, that would frustrate me too, but let’s get you order started so we can get you fed, thank you for your patience.” Now I will never spend my money with them again.

Buffet salad is lacking, no cucumbers/mushrooms/Bella peppers I wouldn't eat here again the buffet is below average from what you normally find at a mountain Mike's.

Pizza was good. Had the Wednesday night all you can eat. Once people started coming in, they stepped up pizza production for the buffet. Will go back.

Great pizza for pick up or delivery. Inside the restaurant is good & clean.

Beyond terrible. My wife ordered pizza,wings and Jalapeno poppers. Only gave one star because pizza was ok. I wasn't expecting much for the poppers or wings. And this is probably the lowest quality food I've ever had. I think microwave versions of the sides could easily be better. Boneless Wings were sub par warm and soggy. And poppers were definitely undercooked and soggy and looks like something you could buy at Walmart

Waited 20 mins for cold mozzarella sticks. The place was so dirty that is why we decided to take it to go. Husband waited another 6-9 mins for ranch ....

Did not have any pizza made for all u can eat and only was willing to cook a pizza of are choosing one pizza only.rude customer service as well.dont waist ur time getting out of the car there they are not accommodating their customers
